Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

LK Hair Organics products are handmade with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before shipment. Orders may be shipped together on scheduled shipping days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within the United States is $3.99.

Free standard shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $35 or more after discounts and before taxes.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after the carrier receives your package. Processing and delivery times are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate email and shipping address.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. LK Hair Organics is not responsible for delays or packages delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside our control. If your tracking information shows no movement or your package appears lost, please contact us at lotusk614@gmail.com so we can help you review the issue and submit a carrier claim when appropriate.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact lotusk614@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

At this time, LK Hair Organics ships only within the United States.
